• Complete breakdown of all the works Wroxton WA is tendering on. The breakdown includes all quantities, rates and a marked up drawings all works that have been tendered on.

 

• Wroxton WA can also provide specialist knowledge about Masonry Works to the Builder during the tendering phase to help reduce costs or provide alternative solutions to a particular problem. An example of this is our Patented Head Restraint system that we designed and had approved by BG & E ( Engineers at Fiona Stanley Hospital Project ) which replaced steel columns in certain masonry blockwalls.
